My three year old loves rooibos (also called African Bush Tea), too. It’s fun for him to have tea time with mom, plus it’s loaded with antioxidants and is caffeine free. It beats sugary cocoa as a warm breakfast drink for kids!

What a great reminder! Somehow, in the bustle of summer activities my cup of morning tea was forgotten. It’s time to start that ritual again! I’ve got a sweet tooth, so I’ve been hooked on any Rooibos Tea with agave nectar and a splash of milk in the morning – Yum! Thanks for giving me more kinds to try.

I love this post! I am such a tea girl myself and my morning “tea ritual” sounds a lot like yours! My favorite place to get tea online is The Mighty Leaf Tea Company. My favorite is their Bleu Peacock Oolong (it’s a loose tea). Here’s their website too http://www.mightyleaf.com. Thanks for the link to Upton’s website, I’ll give them a try.
