Christmas is coming and we hope Santa brings the Disney Leap Frog Zippity Learning System to our house.   Think of a child’s version of the Nintendo Wii, with a game mat and some education mixed in with the fun.  We had the opportunity to review the Zippity Learning System this weekend, and had a blast!  Like all Leap Frog products, there is an educational component to the Zippity, coupled with a variety of games that the kids can have a lot of fun with.  After a lot of playing, here are our impressions:  Read the rest of the story...

The Associated Press reported today that The Walt Disney Co. is expanding a refund program for its “Baby Einstein” videos for toddlers in response to challenges about the legitimacy of its educational claims. The company upgraded a customer satisfaction program beginning last month by explicitly offering cash refunds on any DVDs bought from June 5, 2004 to September 4, 2009.
