I've been making Bento style lunches for my kids for about a year.  I found a book that has lots of good Bento ideas in it called "Kawaii Bento Box: Cute and Convenient Japanese Meals on the Go".  It's written by Joie Staff and I have found it indispensible in helping me create delicious and fun lunches for my girls. Thanks for such an informative post.
