A few summers ago when I was working as a camp counselor we played a lot of "Take 5," which is basically the same game with Scrabble pieces. Then my fiance got me Bananagrams and I was so excited... not only is it my favorite game, but it's in a BANANA! It's so easy to take places, and we've even played it at the restaurant waiting for food to come. From my counselor days, I know that if you do play with kids you should expect to hear a lot of  "Is this a word?" But that's how they learn, right?
