Imagine the excitement of a three year old at Christmas.  Pretty much bouncing off the walls right about now, and only occasionally reigned in by the thought of Santa’s naughty or nice list.  I’m guilty for using that list for all it’s worth this time of year.  And now he’s old enough to pick out/make gifts for other family members – what’s your guess as to how long he keeps that a secret?  Read the rest of the story...

What an idyllic setting. It was the sunniest Christmas Day ever and the lake was already frozen over. While moms and kids tried to get every last piece of wrapping paper off the floor from around Christmas trees and into trash bags, the dads skated around with the mini zamboni getting the hockey rink set up. Except for our dad, because the youngest wanted to play a little longer with the cowboys, indians, teepees and horses he had asked for and Santa had brought.
