I’m new to the Zen world, which delights me since I strive to achieve balance in just about everything in life. I’m not even sure what it means to “be Zen,” but thanks to Leo Babauta’s amazing blog, Zen Habits, I am confident I can learn. I recently learned of Zen Habits, and it is full of practical, great ideas on how to take control of (or improve) things in life that are important to you. And apparently its not a secret: Zen Habits has over 100,000 subscribers and was named a Top 25 Blog by Time Magazine.

I recommend taking The Beginners Guide to Zen Habits – A Guided Tour. You will be instantly hooked. Whether you want to simplify your life, improve your finances, focus on health and fitness, or stay motivated to achieve your goals, Zen Habits has something for you. Also, don’t forget to read Leo Babauta’s story. He has done a lot of amazing things since just 2005, and his story shows he was a “regular guy” who implemented change one step at a time, and ended up with outstanding results. He is inspiring, and shows that you too can take control of things that are important to you. So check out Zen Habits soon. I know I’m going to continue using it as a resource, and hope to soar through Babauta’s books too. Together, we can get our Zen on.
